The Place The open room is about 120 - 130 square feet with a closet, a window and is unfurnished. White walls (that could be painted another light color) and carpeted floors with 10 ft high ceilings. The place is on the second floor of a two story building. Below us is a mixology education company and in the back is a another building with a social tech company. There are three bedrooms, a projection / movie room, a music room, a small bathroom, and large kitchen with a deck. We are in the midsts of refreshing our projection room with a new projector, media server, and a theater couch setup. We are also working on upgrading our small deck with a BBQ, seating, herb garden and a cold beer tap. Our place is on a relatively quite ally in a busy neighborhood. We have a fast WiFi network and the kitchen and projector room is AirTunes equipped (AKA you can play music in these rooms from iTunes via WiFi). The kitchen has a gas range and two fridges, one for food and one for beverages. Trader Joe's, Rainbow Grocery, Costco, and Safeway are all within walking distance as well as a large number of restaurants, clubs and bars. It has great bike access and is close to a large number of MUNI lines ( 27, 48, 12, 19, 22, 33, 10, 14...) plus there is easy access to BART, Muni Rail, and freeways 101, 80, & 280. Parking is super easy in our a neighborhood and our street requires a U parking pass. We do not have Cable TV or any other broadcast TV. No smoking (other than occasional hooka etc.)
You We're looking for a young, professional with steady income and an open mind. You like to have fun, but also clean up after yourself and respect common areas. Alex was born in Stinson Beach, lived in Sebastopol, and attended San Luis Obispo CalPoly. He works for a transportation startup called Getaround. He loves to travel, cook, throw dance parties and DJ. Sommer is originally from San Ramon graduated from Chico State. She's now working at Silicon Image as a Marketing Coordinator. She enjoys traveling, cooking, and concerts. As a house we like to cook some dinners together, watch movies, and have little house gatherings with friends. The house is usually quiet during the day, but we also appreciate music and practice DJing from time to time. We're open minded and very personable. We eat pretty healthily, but are not strictly vegetarian.	Cat The resident cat is io, Alex's 10 year old male cat. He is very well mannered and loves affection, cat naps, cat nip and spazzing out at the sound of loud noises. He's shy at first, but will be your cuddle buddy once he gets to know you. We're open to have a second cat (as we have had in the past) join the house and io would love to have a buddy.
